Diplocentrus spitzeri

Kino Springs, Santa Cruz County, Arizona
Coordinates: 31.379444, -110.849166
August 23, 2017
Prosoma + mesosoma = 22 mm
Collected by Josh Brown searching at night with an ultraviolet lamp. It was under a rock.
Determined by Kari McWest who said: “Yes, it is without a doubt Diplocentrus spitzeri. The distinct, blunt, subaculear tubercle on the telson clearly identifies it as Diplocentrus, and the location is spitzeri.”
