Confirmed by David McCoy who said: “Based on the 1948 H.G. Barber paper (Some New Lygaeidae Chiefly From The United States) and perusing a paper dealing with T. biguttula, I believe your ID to be accurate: T. biguttula. See the following comment separating T. biguttula from T. testacea: Besides a marked difference in color testacea differs from Stal’s biguttula from Texas as follows: head and pronotum relatively narrower, anterior lobe of the latter less distinctly puncatate, clavus with three rows of punctures and the apical of corium more profusely punctate.”
