The Texas Comptroller’s Purchasing division is focusing on strategies that increase bid participation and sales among Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB’s) who can provide goods and services to over 200 Texas agencies, universities, school districts, and large industries that participate in the statewide bidding process.

Focus will be on:

• Overview of HUB Program Benefits & State Comptrollers Site Navigation

• HUB Application/ Updating Profiles (NACIS Codes)

Please bring:

-Laptop

-Business Financial Information

-Proof of veteran service-connected disability status (if applicable)

-Proof of U.S. citizenship and ethnicity for all eligible applicants

-Official photo identification for all eligible applicants

-Proof of Texas residency for all eligible applicants

-Federal income tax return Form 1120, 1120A or 1120S

-EIN and Business Registration forms

We are partnering with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce , who are registered to certify HUB applications. Notary Public will also be on site!
