Determined by Dr. Mike Sharkey who said: “”It does look like Phanerotoma, but only superficially. It is a male doryctine. A number of genera have males with a pseudo-stigma in the hind wing, most commonly Heterospilus. This does not appear to be a member of that genus though”.
